News flash - Subway now has fresh spinach as a topping choice. That was the absolute highlight of my day today. Trust me, it wasn't the dancers dressed as birds with bamboo head gear and feathered fingertips that I watched with my mom tonight. Nor was it the hour and 1/2 of the youth string quartet. No siree, it was the spinach.
