Ani Difranco's new album Knuckledown kicks some serious ass. I'd given up on her for a while, she put out some albums that were monotonous and self-indulgent for a few years there. But this one? This one? Every note, every guitar twang, every word is beautiful and raw and good. And I figured this photo in my latest post of beautiful women was fairly appropriate because it's SOFA KING COLD. Brr, mama. Break out the down duvets, everyone, and huddle nice and close. Yeah, right there.
